How does the correlation score differ from a CVSS score?

CVSS rates an individual vulnerability. Artifhack's score combines your exposure, data leaks and relevant breaches: it measures the likelihood of a real attack path and prioritises accordingly.

Do we need to install anything on our IT systems?

No. Artifhack works entirely from the outside, like an attacker: a domain is all you need to get started. No agent or access to your internal network is required.
